lanc de Blancs (meaning white wine from white grapes) are blended solely from white Chardonnay grapes. They can be non-vintage, vintage or prestige cuvée champagnes. Blanc de Blancs are celebrated for their pure freshness, elegance and are particularly well suited to pairing with food. They classically have aromatics and taste of a wide variety of yellow fruits, like ripe apples, lemon, grapefruit and in warmer years more tropical notes like pineapple and guava often emerge.
